Delays

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will assist with a replacement or claim.
